
This picture of Paige and her friend Sage putting the jump on fun came to mind when I wanted a picture for this little exercise.
While wondering how to help balance and more easily assimilate the higher chakra energies flooding us I remembered an exercise I learned in association with strengthening my ability to make decisions without second guessing myself.
This will probably work best outside. Find a rock or step that you'll be comfortable jumping off of. Jump off the rock. Pick another rock or whatever works for you, higher than the last. Jump again. While you feel silly doing this you have begun activating your lower chakra, first with the fun and then through the physical act of jumping. As you jump tell youself what your intention is around the action...ie decision making...you might need to make. Every time you jump feel the moment of decision. Push yourself to whatever your body will allow, finally jumping from a height that involves confronting some fear. Feel that moment of decision, of confronting the fear and pushing past until you jump. Most important, more important than the activity is the fun, the joy that can be experienced through being spirit playing with a body.

jumping on a trampoline is also a great exercise, a great way to get those endorphins coursing through the system.
Reminds me to jump into the arms of All That Is, to let Spirit take over the running of my? life.

Lovely analogy John...jumping into the arms of All That Is and let Spririt take over...that truly is what these children were doing.
It reminds me of the old biblical adage...Thy Will, Be Done!
