"When we search our minds for creative inspiration, we often work too hard and too consciously for the `creative impulse'. By working to hard at finding this impulse, at times we forget that much of the creativity we have is actually an inspiration. Like Einstein's dreams, much of what we imagine, comes from a place/time that is not inside ourselves.
Talk about the subconscious all you want, but I must say there are very little in the way of accurate maps of the subconscious! So, humans kind of lump all that weird synchrony and intuitive spine tingling wondrous inspiration into the realm of the subconscious. Well believe it or not, the blue Eagle is one of the patrons of the realm of creativity!
Through the CREATIVE MIND the eagle gains some perspective on the gestalt of the matter at hand. Utilizing the power of VISION, the eagle sees through the dimensions and into the heart of the matter. Rhythmic is the creative tone of EQUALITY, and ORGANIZATION. In the process of creating something, this is where we make sure all of our ingredients are present, and are in the right ration, and size, and appropriate order.
So, roll all this together into a conscious burrito and you have…Log on to your creative side and take some stock. Take your muses out to lunch and share some quality time with them. If you find yourself focused on one thing in particular, check in and make sure that you are not obsessing on a project, or strangling it with control. Part of the balancing act of life is a little control and a whole lot of allowance. Use your mind but be careful not to over work it! Creativity can`t be rushed but it can be given more energy to stoke the fires of creation! Give a little more energy to other notions that you may have been neglecting, and you may have a solution for another creative problem in that new attention you have given another part ofyour mind!
Don't try and fix the universe, its doing just fine and you arehelping already, just as you are."
