The Spirit of Cooperation

This was a hard to get picture....of four female Rufous hummingbirds feeding harmoniously together...mothers and daughters. May we learn from the example of this delightful warrior energy.

Greetings Anne,

what a uniquely unusual snapshot you've managed to take, i've never seen anything quite like it, not even on a nature documentary.

Here is something that ties with lessons and learning i have copied from my beloved monthly Cygnus magazine.

"It is impossible not to walk to heaven or be pushed to heaven or be kicked to heaven while here on this earth".

The great teacher is life itself. Whether or not you have a human teacher, the great teacher is always in session, presenting the greatest lessons in the greatest way.

Of course, we don't always trust life. Life has hurt us. It can be unpredictable, changing course when we least expect -or desire-it. But the more we trust what life brings us on a daily basis, the more the mystery of life reveals itself, until, finally, we are life itself.
Jason Shulman - The Instruction Manual for Receiving God.

Those beautiful Rufous hummingbirds in your lush garden surely must teach us something of the values of co-operation, and trust that Life will somehow, provide.

Love and Smiles,
John
