The Peace Place

This quote from Goethe sums up what happened to me after I committed myself to becoming more of the Vessel of Peace I know I am.

"Until one is committed there is hesitancy,
the chance to draw back,
always ineffectiveness.
Concerning all acts of initiative and creation
there is one elementary truth,
the ignorance of which kills countless ideas
and splendid plans:

The moment one definitely commits oneself
then Providence moves too.

All sort of things occur to help one
that would never otherwise have occurred.
A whole stream of events issues from the decision,
raising in one's favour all manner
of unforeseen incidents
and meetings
and material assistance,
which no man could have dreamt
would come his way."

I won't make a list of the ways in which Providence has moved in my life...it's too long. Suffice to say the imperceptible and perceivable tremors of change continue to breathe vigor and enthusiasm for the journey.
