I'm not feeling verbose these days...but I always love to play show and tell with my first hobby, photographs. This picture of a fishing boat was taken in late December 2002. The fisherman had just finished unloading his crab catch at the government wharf. The winter sunset colours over Vancouver Island as seen from Lund Harbour seem richer hued than summer sunset colours.
Summer has turned, fall is in the morning air.

Hi Anne,
i love sunsets.., and your picture captures a lovely sky and silouette of a fisherman. i like taking snaps of Autumn colours and used to go on my pushbike to snap the scenery at a scenic local resevoir called Swiss Valley not far from here.
Today (just now)i was strolling down the beach with the tide full in, really nice. Autumn/Fall seems almost here too with a typical storm brewing up and heading here this tues/weds. The Oct/Nov sunsets are especially fabulous here Anne, and imprinted in my heart, naturally.
Love from,

Hi John,
The seasons are shifting with this new moon....I'm anticipating a long Indian summer this fall. We've been pelted with fall rains since the beginning of August...quite out of the ordinary.
Isn't it wonderful how a horizon can become so imprinted upon us? After living with these sunsets for a couple of years, I travelled to Ontario for a month. By the end of the visit in Ontario I found myself pining for the sunsets of home in the Lund Harbour.
There is lifegiving loving Gaia energy for us in witnessing sundown or sunrise...
D-I-T-T-O! (and Amen).
friend-John
