Beloved Ones,
A while ago spirit whispered that I could lead meditations to create and hold healing space for a physically afflicted neighbour. I sensed that it would be good work for her to ground herself with the Mother. Below is the meditation that offered itself as our starting point.
Take four deep intentional breathes blowing out the stresses that have accumulated in your body on the out breathe.
Without closing your eyes, in your minds eye pull up a holographic image of yourself, maybe that picture of you that you like best.
Now see a column of light descending from above the crown of your head, through your holographic body, into the earth. At your own pace allow that column of brilliant white light to descend to the heart of Our Mother Earth. When you reach Her heart, vision and intention yourself setting an anchor in the Mothers Heart. Feel your gratitude for She who sustains us, revel in your love for Her, feel Her love for you. When you are complete slowly move back up the column of light in your holographic image.
When you reach the crown of your head envision that brilliant white light continuing into space, out into the stars. Envision and intention your column of white light anchoring on your favourite star. Take a moment with this. Feel your gratitude for the wonder of All That Is. Glory in unending Love. When you are ready, slowly walk down your doubly anchored column of light until you are holding an image of your holographic body with its inner column of glowing white light again.
Close your eyes and pull this holographic image into your physical body feeling a new expanded sense of self. Sit now in silence with this feeling, knowing beyond a shadow of doubt that this is your Spirit self…dance a favourite dance together. Listen for any messages and feel Spirit's joy at this joining. Feel your joy. Take a deep breath and on the out breath send thanks for any messages that may have come. When you are complete open your eyes.
It came to me that it is my place to share this visual/meditation with more people. It came to me this evening that I will be phoning all my relations to ask them to do this visualization with me. As Turtle is my muse and ally this is how we as individuals can assist our beloved Earth in Her labour pains in the coming times.
I have been asked to tell you that we need to anchor within ourselves this loving connection with our Spirit body, our Mother, and our Universe, NOW. The more often we call up these images and associated feelings through the course of a day, the easier all our paths will flow, including and especially our Mother Earth. We need to love the Mother as She has loved us…with everything we’ve got.
May the dimensions gracefully coalesce within us,
