Have you read Autobiography of a Yogi? It is amazing, connecting me to my (treasured)Indian spiritual roots in ways i had not imagined..

It's true about this last Burrito...it has a distinct
Trekkie flavour.
Beautiful Spring weather is breaking out all over the place around here...and I've been out getting as much of it as possible. I'm sore and aching from digging and rooting around in the dirt and I am in my glory.
My reading is going well...I'm on my second read of the Anastasia books. Speaking of ancestors...I don't think I've read the Autobiography of a Yogi though I've heard of it...I've read so many books sometimes I don't remember until I pick the book up. Ancestors must be in the air...I had a vision last night of the bones of my European matriarchal lineage (Dutch and Polish) presenting themselves to be incorporated into my heart...quite the journey that had me weeping with grief that I had so long walled out my own ancestors and joy at having been rejoined. What a treasure...I can relate to your feelings.
